Enable job progress notifications using console

The easiest way to monitor the progress of your encoding jobs is through notifications, by subscribing to the encoding-progress event.

To enable notifications in the web console go to the Notifications page from the top right menu and click Add Notification. Select the factory that you want to monitor for jobs progress. Pick your preferred delivery method and make sure you have the event type Encoding in Progress checked.

This notification is called approximately every 10 seconds while an encoding is processing, and returns the percentage complete. Use it with care since it will generate a lot of traffic!
