Changes in IBM Watson Speech to Text Engine
In accordance with IBM Communication, all previous-generation models will be discontinued. Base Models that will no longer be supported by IBM will be removed from the list:
- Spanish (Argentinian)
- Spanish (Chilean)
- Spanish (Colombian)
- Spanish (Mexican)
- Spanish (Peruvian)

Known Issues:
- The model is not trained when custom vocabulary is attached via a corpus file.
